Entry by WCB authority FM JM 1) A sealed letter from the design engineer of record (Mr. Torres) confirming that the design and operation of the fire and smoke dampers are in accordance with all applicable building, fire, and mechanical codes. 2) Evacuation plans shall be posted in accordance with the NC Fire Code, 2018 Edition throughout the occupied areas in compliance with Institutional Occupancy requirements. 3) A fire watch plan must be submitted to our office for review and approval prior to partial occupancy for Floors 1 and 2.
