CO revoked. Foundation Drain is not installed as required by 2019 NC Manuf. Code 3.3.4: in ALL cases the area under the home shall have all pockets filled and shall be reasonably smooth, and all excavations for footings shall be backfilled up to grade level to prevent entrapment of water. Field inspection on 9/5/24 confirmed customer complaint of water standing under crawl and no drain installed at low area to daylight |
