final canceled - spoke to contractor and owner/applicant regarding required documents for child care facility to be present at final inspection. discussed with owner multiple trade sign offs are required for the CofO for the change in use and they will need there final approvals for all trades including MEP, fireprevention and cross connection. |

Framing Disapproved- seal all penetrations thru top plates. contractor on site and had insulated. explained to remove or expose all the plumbing and electrical penetrations and seal so we can observe. also explained to insulate the spaces at all exterior walls door and windows. they are to schedule reinsspect for framing and insulation at same time leave all items exposed. |
