Also, see inspection notes from 12/20/23 provide approved documentation of inspection of the covered items or remove elements for inspection prior to scheduling inspection. Partial framing disapproved items include but not limited to: - 3rd floor REPEAT Items 5) drafts stop and fire block all corridor walls and party walls per UL details on plans 6) complete the firestopping of all plumbing waste, tub drains, electrical penetrations per UL details on plans NOTE: attic access doors (4 self closing and latching) and attic access door in breezeway (1hr rated) not installed 7) complete the draft stop of all hvac line set and chases thruout 8) verify smoke barriers and locations will need to verify all access doors per plan 8) T13 truss in south middle apartment engineer letter requires added scab on both sides 9) provide UL rated 1 hr doors in corridors 10) added boxing of sprinkler drops and soffits not properly fireblocked or draftstopped top , sides and at bottoms of walls 11) electrical boxes within 24 inches of each other in rated walls do not have fire puddy 12) verify all ceiling boxes are UL labeled properly 13) closets under stairs shall be 1hr rated wall assembly per plans 14) Have Engineer clarify the 2x8 framing in item B of letter dated 12/27/23 pertains to the overhang condition at balocny per 1/A301 and forces imposed to trusses 15) floor trusses are bearing over AC unit opening without header in multiple 1st and 2nd floor units. 16) check all anchor bolts installed per code throughout . - do not insulate NOTE: gypcrete floor topping not installed in concealed areas - will need to verify |
