In the email subject line, please write: AF - permit #22100671. If revised plans are needed, cloud all revisions in red or highlight in some other way. Attached docs must have all security features removed and preferably be PDF files. Send only the revised sheets. Do NOT send me redundant files that I did not request. NOTE: The dplans portal is for initial submittal only. PLEASE DO NOT send re-submittals to the dplans portal.
Please address the following:
1. Addresses in all title blocks of plan sheets are incorrect. Correct address is 1117 West Lakewood Ave.
2. Plan sheet title blocks should say Interior Renovations, Addition and Deck.
3. Provide an application that includes the deck box checked. Job address on application needs to say 1117 West Lakewood Ave.
4. The plot plan doesn't show the proposed addition or deck. Provide a plot plan with those 2 items drawn to scale and the new distances to the property lines. Highlight the proposed structures.
5. Provide a checklist for decks.
General Notes: 1) A re-review will be necessary upon receipt of your reply. Please be aware your responses may generate additional comments. A $200 re-review fee may be charged for a failed re-review. If applied, this will be noted at front of comments. 2) Applications are valid for six months, applications with no response or review activity for a period exceeding 6 months will be voided. 3) Small project building review (formerly express review) no longer accepts paper submittals.
